Chimichanga Suave o Frita / Soft or Fried Chimichanga

Una tortilla de harina (10 pulgadas) rellena de pollo desmechado o res desmenuzada. Cubierta con aderezo de queso, lechuga y crema agria. Se sirve con frijoles pintos refritos a un lado. / One flour tortilla (10 inch) filled with shredded chicken or shredded beef. Topped with cheese dip, lettuce and sour cream. Served with refried pinto beans on the side.
