Chimichanga de Camarón / Shrimp Chimichanga

Una tortilla de harina (10 pulgadas) frita y rellena de camarones asados, pimientos, cebollas y tomates. Acompañadas de queso, lechuga y crema agria, y frijoles pintos refritos a un lado. / One flour tortillas (10 inch) deep fried and stuffed with grilled shrimp, bell peppers, onions and tomatoes. Topped with cheese dip, lettuce and sour cream, and refried pinto beans on the side.
